We offer 1-1 support to get you where you want to be supporting self-initiated change in pursuit of specific outcomes. This is a tailored service that is designed based on your needs. Techniques from Cognitive Behavior Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, solution-focused brief therapy, and motivational interviewing are used to create strengths-based actionable plans to achieve your goals. We offer packages for discounted rates and to reserve your preferred date and time.
These one hour small group sessions focus on stress relief, connection, time management, organization and executive functioning support tailored to individual needs while being in a social setting. Our groups are intentionally selected for group dynamics that facilitate growth and healing for all members.
Groups are planned in six week intervals. You can join as many groups as you like; however we do ask that you commit to the full six weeks.

Nature's Healing provides outdoor opportunities to build positive bonds, and immerse in the therapeutic power of nature. Our guided hikes and nature based sessions offer a blend of outdoor adventure and community.
